Step 1: Your Order has been received
Step 2: We check your order making sure we have all the correct details needed
Step 3: Your order is then cleared for production
Step 4: (The fun part). We start the design and creation of your custom Carmelo product
Step 5: Your order is then passed down to our internal quality control team for further checks and inspection
Step 6: If all checks are passed, packing commences and courier is booked for collection
Step 7: Parcel is handed to courier to be delivered directly to your door & your order is then marked as shipped on our system.
(You will receive an email with the relevant tracking details for you to follow the progress of your order shipment and track your order)
1. Remove your old car mats from the vehicle and give your car footwell a nice clean.
2. Start with the driver and passenger mats first and push your seats back so you have plenty of room.
3. Place your mats into its designated areas, they will fit just right in.
4. Lock your mats into place by using the built in clips underneath the mats. They slide in along the sides behind your vehicle trim hidden away.
We also ship velcro strips with your order but are not needed or necessary and is mainly to be used if parts of your car is damaged.
5. Thats all! Now repeat the same process with the rear mats and your good to go.

Yes. You dont need to specify whether or not your car is an automatic or manual as it does not make a difference to the design and will fit for both. You can still mention this however in the extra notes box if you would like as you place your order.

You can easily unlock and remove the carpet layer to only display the crystal layer car mats below. You can get super creative with this...For example depending on the occasion or the nature of your passengers you can adjust as you please.
